SOYA SUSEELAN
BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT,EDUCATILIST AND SI THERAPIST

Soya works with children of all ages challenged with sensory processing disorders,Autism spectrum disorder,ADHD, dyspraxia, learning disorders, physical difficulties, among others. Soya is highly committed to helping parents, advisors and educators, and takes an active role supporting the special needs community in Aboard,Middle east and India. She works as an educational consultant in special needs for schools and frequently helps families with the early stages of diagnosis and support.
Soya specialized in sensory integration theory and therapy also certified from the International Behavior Analyst Organization (IBAO) and also Behaviour management(RBT) with 15yrs years of professional experience. For the last 15 years Behaviour Management and SI has been basis of her work and programs, that she developed for children with Autism Spectrum, Learning difficulties and special educational needs. Soya has experience in aiding, designing and implanting intensive early behavioral inventions for individuals across the spectrum of ages three to young adults in class rooms, home based setting, community outings and occasional settings

WILMA LEWIS
BCBA

Wilma is a 25+ year veteran in the field of mental health and is one of the first Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA) in Dubai. Having worked with over 2000 children and their parents, care givers, therapists and consultants, Wilma draws on her rich experience to teach and administer language and behavior intervention services to children with learning difficulties. A staunch believer in hands-on training, Wilma actively mentors 30+ Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs), 3 BCaBAs and 2 BCBAs, who deliver personalized behavioral intervention programs to over 100 families.

VASANTHI SUNDAR
BcABA

Vasanthi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCABA), USA and PG Diploma in Autism (KPMRC with over 20 years of experience implementing ABA programs with children diagnosed with Autism & other Developmental Disabilities. She has extensive experience working with children from the age of 18 months to 17 years. She has worked on different skills including communication, task completion, working in a group, play skills, social skills and self-help skills.

RAISA SAYOOJ
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Have a Master’s degree of Occupational Therapy with 13years of professional experience. She has completed her internships in various hospitals and rehabilitation centre’s in the field of Pediatrics, Ortho, Neuro and Psychiatry. Started her career as an Occupational therapist. Have worked in various special schools, Rehabiltation centres and also in hospital. Have 10yrs of experience in the field of paediatrics ,especially in handling children with Autism, ADHD, Cerebral palsy, learning disability and other paediatric disorders. Her area of skills and interest is in treating children Autism , dyslexia and ADHD and expertised in given sensory intergration therapy.

SURABHI
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Surabhi is an Occupational Therapist. She is dedicated to empowering individuals, fostering independence and confidence in children, as well as creating a fun and safe environment. Surabhi collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to help children reach their full potential, which is incredibly important to her. She holds Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from SRM College of Occupational Therapy. She has completed her internship from National Center for Assistive Health Technologies (IITM) SRM Hospital, Rights Hospital, Boaz hospital and other clinical setups. Her expertise covers infants to teenagers in clinical and community settings, including mainstream schools, where she offers both individual and group therapy interventions. She is passionate about building children’s confidence and independence. Surabhi is trained in emotional regulation, handwriting without tears, gross and fine motor development, ADL training and is continuing her training in sensory integration. Her experience with children includes working with ADHD, ASD, GDD, Cerebral Palsy, Down’s syndrome and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Through her expertise, Surabhi is dedicated to delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to our super special ones at Hope.

BHAVANA
SPEECH & LANGUAGE THERAPIST

Bhavana is a passionate Speech and Language Therapist with a Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from National Institute Of Speech and Hearing , She has experience in working with children from preschool age through adolescence, with a strong focus on early intervention. Bhavana follows a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led approach and is committed to holistic, evidence-based practice that integrates sensory needs and values collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams. Her clinical expertise includes working with children in Neurotypical ,Language Disorder , Speech Sound Disorders, stuttering, hearing impairment, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). She is trained in a range of therapeutic approaches including all levels of the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Gestalt Language Processing and AAC when appropriate to support functional and meaningful communication. Bhavana has gained experience with supporting children with Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, Autism, Stuttering and Hearing Impairment. She is fluent in English Malayalam and Tamil, she provides assessment and intervention in all these languages.


     

NIKIL G KUMAR
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Nikil graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2020, he completed the Sensory Integration program he owned a pediatric OT covering a wide range of pediatric conditions.Nikil specialties include sensory integration and praxis difficulties, Autism, integration of primitive reflexes, cerebral palsy and other neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as fine motor and handwriting difficulties. OT can transform all spheres of life, but he is passionate about early intervention and the significant impact it may have on a young child’s life, as small hands leave the biggest prints!

NEHA ELIZABETH JOHNY
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

She is graduated in Occupational Therapy from the SRM University, Chennai, one of the best known place in India. Experience in Peadiatrics Neurology Orthopeadics and Psychiatry departments during the internship in renowned centres which includes the SRM Hospital, Right Hospital for Hand Rehabilitation and MGR school.
Good expertise in dealing with children with Autism , ADHD( Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), MR(Mental Retardation) , LD(Learning Disability) and CP

PREETHA P
PSYCHOLOGIST & ABA THERAPIST

Highly dedicated and empathetic psychologist with a postgraduate degree in counselling psychology from Loyola college, with an approach that centers on understanding each client’s unique strengths and challenges. My passion lies in helping individuals and families from community to achieve meaningful change through evidence based practices and compassionate support. I believe in fostering a collaborative environment where clients feel safe and empowered to explore their skills, thoughts and feelings.

PSYCHOLOGIST

She has completed her master’s in Counselling Psychology , She has good knowledge in assessment and She is pursuing hands on training in ABA under supervision of BCBA. She experienced in Behaviour Management in children with Autism, Down Syndrome, LD, CP. she loves being around children, watching them grow and improve. She utilizes children’s interest and natural motivation to develop their skills and increase learning opportunities. She believes that all kids need a little help, someone to believe in them and give them unconditional love.
